When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password stored as a secure hash. We also collect usage data such as products you add, scripts you generate, and calendar entries you create. We do not collect payment information directly.
We use your information to provide and improve the Pet Finds Lab platform, send account-related emails, generate AI content personalized to your workspace, and sync analytics from your connected social media accounts with your permission.
Your data is stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase with PostgreSQL. Profile photos are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. We implement row-level security to ensure your data is only accessible to you and your authorized team members.
Pet Finds Lab integrates with Amazon Associates Program, TikTok API, YouTube Data API, and AI services for script generation. Each service has its own privacy policy.
We use local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your Profile settings. You may request complete account deletion by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we will delete your personal data within 30 days except where required by law.
